隱私權政策

說明 靈光擲筊 如何蒐集、使用與保護你的個人資料。

1. 適用範圍

本政策適用於 MOPIV Capital（以下稱「我們」）提供的「靈光擲筊」（Divine Light Jiaobei）iOS 與 Android App。

MOPIV Capital 官方網站的資料處理，請見官方網站隱私權政策。

2. 我們不蒐集的資料

使用本 App 不需要註冊或登入。我們不蒐集你的姓名、電子郵件、電話、定位、通訊錄、相片、裝置識別碼或廣告識別碼。App 沒有內建廣告、數據分析、當機回報或任何追蹤工具。

3. 只儲存在你裝置上的資料

為了讓 App 正常運作，下列資料會儲存在你的裝置上：

  • 偏好設定，例如語言、音效、震動與結果文字。
  • 最近一次的結果與畫面，讓你重新開啟時接續上次的狀態。
  • 擲筊統計與近期結果紀錄。
  • 3D 物理運算的快取，用來加快啟動速度。
  • App 內部的執行紀錄，只供本機運作使用。

這些資料不會傳送給我們或任何第三方，我們也無法存取。

4. 網路與權限

App 的圖片與音效都隨 App 一起安裝，使用時不需要網路，也不會連線到我們或第三方的伺服器。App 不會要求相機、麥克風、定位、通訊錄、相簿或通知權限。Android 版的「網路存取」是 App 框架的預設權限，App 不會用它傳送你的資料。觸感回饋使用系統內建功能，不涉及任何資料。

5. App 商店與裝置備份

你從 App Store 或 Google Play 下載 App 時，Apple 或 Google 會依其隱私權政策處理相關資料。若你在裝置設定中同意與開發者分享分析資料，Apple 或 Google 可能提供我們不含個人身分的彙總統計，例如安裝數或當機次數。

若你開啟 iCloud 或 Google 的裝置備份，第 3 節所列的資料可能會包含在備份中，由 Apple 或 Google 依其政策保存；我們無法存取這些備份。

6. 刪除資料

刪除 App 就會移除所有儲存在裝置上的資料。Android 也可以在系統「設定」的應用程式資訊中清除「靈光擲筊」的儲存空間。因為我們沒有保存你的任何資料，不需要向我們申請刪除。

7. 兒童隱私

本 App 適合一般大眾使用，不會蒐集任何人的個人資料，包括 13 歲以下的兒童。

8. 你的權利

臺灣《個人資料保護法》、歐盟 GDPR、美國加州 CCPA 等法規賦予你查詢、更正或刪除個人資料的權利。我們不蒐集、不出售也不分享你的個人資料；如有任何疑問，歡迎與我們聯絡。

9. 政策變更

若日後 App 加入需要處理資料的功能，例如廣告、付費內容、訂閱或網頁版，我們會在功能推出前更新本政策並修改「最後更新」日期；重大變更也會在 App 內或商店頁面說明。

At a glance

  • No account is needed, and we do not collect any personal data.
  • Your settings, results and statistics stay on your device; the app never sends them anywhere.
  • No ads, no analytics or tracking tools, and no data shared with third parties.

1. Scope

This policy covers the Divine Light Jiaobei (靈光擲筊) app for iOS and Android, provided by MOPIV Capital (“we”).

2. Data we do not collect

You do not need to sign up or sign in. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers or advertising identifiers. The app contains no ads, analytics, crash reporting or tracking tools.

3. Data stored only on your device

To work properly, the app stores the following on your device:

  • Preferences such as language, sound, vibration and result labels.
  • Your most recent result and screen, so the app can pick up where you left off.
  • Throw statistics and a short history of recent results.
  • A cache of 3D physics calculations that makes the app start faster.
  • An internal activity log used only by the app on your device.

None of this is sent to us or to any third party, and we cannot access it.

4. Network and permissions

All images and sounds are installed with the app. It works without an internet connection and does not connect to our servers or anyone else’s. The app does not ask for access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos or notifications. On Android, the “network access” permission is a default of the app framework; the app does not use it to send your data. Haptic feedback uses the system’s built-in feature and involves no data.

5. App stores and device backups

When you download the app from the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google handles the related data under its own privacy policy. If you choose in your device settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple or Google may give us aggregated statistics that do not identify you, such as install or crash counts.

If you turn on iCloud or Google device backup, the data listed in section 3 may be included in your backup and kept by Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot access these backups.

6. Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes all data it stored on your device. On Android you can also clear the app’s storage from its App info page in system Settings. Because we hold none of your data, there is nothing to request from us.

7. Children’s privacy

The app is intended for a general audience and does not collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13.

8. Your rights

Laws such as Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, the EU GDPR and the California CCPA give you rights to access, correct or delete your personal data. We do not collect, sell or share your personal data. If you have any questions, please contact us.

9. Changes to this policy

If a future version adds features that handle data, such as ads, paid content, subscriptions or a web version, we will update this policy and its “Last updated” date before those features are released, and explain major changes in the app or on its store page.
